To get real, lasting results, we need to take a different approach to health and weight loss. Diets as we know them usually only provide a short-term fix to what is actually a lifelong journey. Diets are temporary changes to the way we eat and are quickly abandoned when (or if) we reach our goal, or we simply give up. What we need to do is make a lifestyle change. Unless we are willing to change the underlying behaviors and attitudes toward what we eat and how we move, we will never master a healthy lifestyle.
I want women to be empowered to write their own program. This is a lifestyle that you have to own and live with on a daily basis. I want you to find what works for you. My job is to guide you as you begin this journey, to teach you tips and tricks to incorporate into your healthy lifestyle, hold you accountable and support you as you overcome the roadblocks to making a lifelong commitment to your health and happiness.
I want women to feel good about themselves, to be able to really look at themselves, see their worth and their beauty, to love themselves and allow others to love them as well.

I spent the majority of my life trying to hide from the world because I was never comfortable with my appearance, I lacked self-esteem and felt I had no purpose. I struggled with severe anxiety and was always angry, with no real reasoning. I was simply existing in a world that was passing me by and didn’t seem to care if I participated or not. This was no way to go through life. It wasn’t until I had a major health scare that I decided to take control of my life and make some changes – my life literally depended on it. So I set out to lose weight and get my health back. Little did I know this one decision would have a ripple effect on my life greater than I could have never predicted.
Losing the weight and getting healthy was an amazing process that ended up completely changing my life and revealing my purpose – I was meant to share my journey and help others overcome the barriers to happiness and fulfillment that they face in their own lives. Today I coach women who are looking to live their best lives. I help them find happiness and health through a combination of identifying the root of their struggles, facilitating mindset shifts and identifying a clear path to reaching their goals. My clients seek to reach many different types of goals – from losing weight, gaining confidence and self-esteem to creating a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and fitness coaching.
